At Oz Gaming Panda, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a smooth return process, we have implemented a 14-day return policy for eligible items. This policy is applicable solely to items damaged on arrival, or in the case of a change of mind, provided they are returned in their original packaging with unbroken seals.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Photo or video proof of the damaged item is submitted along with the return request.

    Initiating a Return

    To commence the return process, please contact our support team at support@ozgamingpanda.com. Include your order details and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our support team will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.

    Return Process

    Upon acceptance of your return request, we will issue a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    Inspect your order upon receipt, and if you identify any defects, damages, or if you receive an incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and work towards a resolution.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    To expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, we recommend returning the original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

    For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within a 14-day period, irrespective of the reason. The conditions for return remain consistent with our standard eligibility criteria.

    Refunds

    Following the receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that the processing time by your bank or credit card company may affect the time it takes for the refund to reflect.
